1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Please note the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any damages.

  • Original tags and packaging should be included.

2. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@onasnow.store within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to proceed with the return.

  3. Pack Your Item: Securely package the item(s) with the RAN clearly marked on the outside of the box.

  4. Ship the Item: Use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective item, wrong product sent).

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

4. Special Cases

a. Defective or Damaged Items:
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@onasnow.store with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

b. Wrong Item Sent:
If we sent you the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the incorrect item and send you the correct one.

c. Order Not Received:
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please reach out to us. We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and keep you informed.

d. Order Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will process the cancellation and refund you. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process outlined above.

5. Exceptions

Certain items may be ineligible for return, such as personalized or customized products. Please check product descriptions for specific return eligibility.
